Varcomm is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the necessary work to bring its broadband network, in Rancho Tehama, back to normal operational conditions. Our subscribers should now experience normal connectivity to streaming services, gaming services and other web-based application.
We appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers and apologize for the inconvenience. As a result of this particular issue, Varcomm will issue 8 days of service credit to compensate for the network issues. You should see the credit on your next bill from Varcomm.
While we never like to have our network not fully operational, we have worked tirelessly to resolve this issue and have identified key components in our network that need upgrading. Over the next 10 weeks we will be working to upgrade its core network and will keep you posted as to the progress and changes we are making to upgrade the network.
